Every enquiry gets a reply the same business day. We usually schedule the discovery call within 48 hours.
The discovery call and written proposal are free. On-site visits up to 50 km from Zagreb are free; beyond that we agree on travel costs in advance.
Yes. We have a standard mutual NDA we can sign before the discovery call. We are also fine signing yours — common for clients in finance and law.
Yes — most of our projects are on the coast (Brač, Hvar, Korčula, Pelješac, Istria). We also have experience in Slovenia and Austria. Travel and accommodation appear transparently in the proposal, no hidden hourly rates.
Croatian, English and German — written documentation in all three on request. System technical docs (KNX, UniFi) remain in their native English form.
